Welcome

Space to heal. Room to grow.

Meet Nicole

Let’s be real—life can be a lot, especially if you’ve spent years adapting, masking, or trying to fit into spaces that never quite fit back. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. I see therapy as a place to exhale a little. You don’t need the right words or a polished story. Together, we can slow things down, untangle what you’ve been carrying, and explore what might help you move toward the life you want to live. I believe growth happens gradually. Every challenge you've faced has helped you develop skills and strengths, even if they began as ways to survive. Therapy isn't about fixing you—it's about understanding yourself more fully, building on those strengths, and developing new skills that support lasting change. I’m a Clinical Counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) supporting neurodivergent individuals, actors, and adults navigating life's challenges. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience. Having worked in the entertainment industry, I also understand some of the unique pressures that can come with creative work and performance-based careers. My approach integrates CBT, existential therapy, somatic awareness, and Brainspotting through a trauma-informed lens. Alongside traditional talk therapy, Brainspotting offers a focused brain-body approach that can help process experiences that may be difficult to access through words alone. I am particularly interested in helping clients strengthen the connection between mind and body, supporting emotional regulation, self-understanding, and resilience. Above all, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. You don't have to have it all figured out to start—we can take things one step at a time, together. If you're considering therapy and wondering whether we'd be a good fit, I invite you to book a free 30-minute consultation. We can explore what's bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and discuss what your next skill point might go toward.
